How does it work?
It’s simple. The week leading up to your weekend: I send you a questionnaire to complete so I start gathering information about your business, your goals, what systems you have in place, and what you need to create.
This is preliminary work that I delve deeper into on the weekend.
On the Saturday of your weekend:
We start with the kick-off call. We’ll dive into the 5 main business areas (as outlined above) to shine a light on what you’re already doing well and point out what we need to systemize.
From the seemingly little things like your email inbox to the big things like client onboarding, product creation, launching and management, to social media content management, and project management.
On the Sunday of your weekend:
Me: I’m busy creating your systems documents and workflows all day. Yes, all day. (It’s a coffee-heavy day ☕?
You: need to be available because even though we’ve done the call, I’ll need to ask you for clarification on some things as I’m creating your deliverables.
We may need to jump on a call again. It depends, but you do need to be available.
(if you’re unavailable for any of the weekend and I need to reach you, this likely cause a delay in delivery and a possible surcharge).
On Monday morning: I’ll email your entire finalized bundle. This is your handoff.
