I work with individuals, groups, corporate teams, and community hosts who want to bring people together in ways that are intentional, humane, and sustainable, without turning connection into performance or carrying the entire weight alone.

My work focuses on structure as care: the behind-the-scenes decisions, rhythms, and systems that allow gatherings to feel meaningful and well-held.

How We Can Work Together

I currently offer three ways to work together, depending on how much support you need and how much responsibility you want to carry or hand over.

  1. Full Event Planning & Management
  2. Event Guidance & Accountability
  3. Event Consulting

1. Full Event Planning & Management

This option is for hosts and teams who want the event fully held (from early decisions through delivery)

This option is for you if:

  • your event matters and feels high-stakes
  • there are many moving parts
  • you don’t want to manage logistics, timelines, and decisions alone
  • you want the event to feel intentional,  not rushed or chaotic

With this service option, I take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and flow of the event so you can stay focused on purpose rather than pressure.

This service typically includes:

  • end-to-end planning and coordination
  • timeline and run-of-show design
  • vendor and logistics management
  • participant experience and flow
  • on-site event management
  • optional participant materials (such as a mini zine program)

Investment:

From £3,500+ (pricing depends on scale, location, and complexity)

This is full management, where you are not carrying the event alone.

2. EVENT GUIDANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

This service is for hosts who are planning the event themselves but want experienced guidance and structure.

This option is for you if:

  • you want to remain hands-on
  • you don’t need someone to execute everything
  • you do want clarity, oversight, and accountability, so you stay on track with your timelines
  • you want to avoid common planning mistakes and overwhelm

This typically includes:

  • a defined planning window (6-12 weeks)
  • structured check-in calls
  • review of plans, timelines, or materials
  • decision support and milestone accountability

Investment:

£750-2,000

(depending on duration and level of support)

This is guidance without takeover.

3. EVENT CONSULTING (2-HOUR STRUCTURED SESSION)

For eary-stage ideas, stuck planning, or focused clarity.

This is a high-signal, structured consultation session designed tohelp you see the whole picture and gain clarity around your event planning.

This option is right if:

  • you’re early in planning and want to sanity-check the idea
  • something feels off and you can’t name why
  • you need experienced perspective, quickly
  • you want to reduce risk before committing further

This option includes:

  • pre-call intake
  • a focused 2-hour session
  • identification of risks, blind spots, and priorities
  • a short post-call summary with next steps

Investment:

£350-600 (price concessions made for small nonprofit groups)

This is a concentrated session for clarity and calm decision-making.

A Note on Materials & Documentation

Some clients also choose to include printed materials that support the gathering before, during, or after the event. I create zines, which are custom-made booklets, small cultural artifacts based on the gathering.

Examples:

  • participant orientation mini zines
  • seasonal post-event zines
  • reflective or archival keepsake zines

These are offered selectively as add-ons and discussed based on fit and intention. They are not promotional materials. They are tools for orientation, memory, continuity.

Who I Work With

My work is especially suited to:

  • retreat hosts
  • community groups/orgs
  • cultural and educational groups
  • entrepreneurs (such as business coaches, writing retreat hosts)
  • corporate teams committed to more intentional event formats

It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for:

  • audience growth strategies
  • hype-driven events
